More about the league
It began in 1996 as the Super 12 and grew into Super 14 and Super Rugby, at times with South African, Argentine and Japanese sides. It has been Super Rugby Pacific since 2022, when the Fijian Drua and Moana Pasifika joined; the 2027 draw has ten teams.
